
Cossette landed four awards at the 12th edition of the Media Innovation Awards that took place in Toronto on November 17.
Marketing Mag’s Media Innovation Awards celebrates excellence in the planning and buying of media in Canada. The show honours the growing role media plays in the marketing mix and those responsible for the creation, deployment, and implementation of break-through advertising media programs. For the occasion, Marketing Mag created a spécial #MIAward11 hashtag so that Twitter users could “see who wins and what the crowd had to say” (via @Marketing_event).
Cossette Media won one Gold, two Silvers and a Bronze.
Gold in the “Best in Newspaper” category for the “Korrigane: A Hand-Crafted Ad for a Hand-Crafted Beer” campaign.
Silver in the “Media Spend Under $250,000” category for the “Telus: Gave to Me” campaign.
Bronze in the “Best in Commercial Services” category for the “Telus: Gave to Me” campaign.
Silver in the “Best in Charities, Health Care and Safety, Public Awareness” category for the “Canadian Red Cross: Pakistan” campaign. (sneak peek)
