Théâtre du Nouveau Monde - The context

2010. Once a year, Montreal's well-established Théâtre du Nouveau Monde hosts a benefit event that consists of a themed dinner theatre. During this event, entitled Cena, guests are seated onstage and enjoy performances around them. A renowned guest chef develops a special menu for 500 people consistent with the year's chosen theme. As one of Montreal's most anticipated cultural events, Cena needs to impress year after year with its visual signature.
