
Montreal, Thursday April 29 2010 – The Fédération des producteurs de lait du Québec won top award in the "Best new consumer marketing campaign" category during the Dairy Innovation Awards gala dinner held at the Knight’s Hall, Residenz Palace, Salzburg, Austria on 28 April.
The Dairy Innovation Awards highlight excellence and innovation among the international dairy industry. The 2010 edition achieved a record number of entries from every corner of the world: from the 170 entries, 12 winners from 11 different countries were recognized.
The "Le beurre on ne peut pas s'en passer" campaign was honoured in the "Best new consumer marketing campaign" category. The La Crème campaign created by BBDO Montréal was also among the finalists.
"We are proud to see our campaigns’ excellence rewarded internationally: it is a significant acknowledgement and recognition of our efforts", said Nicole Dubé, marketing director for Fédération des producteurs de lait du Québec.
