Following Cossette’s appointment as BRP’s global creative agency of record, the agency is welcoming back Alyssa Huggins as SVP, General Manager to oversee the account. 

We’re excited to have Alyssa back on the team. The breadth of her experience - specifically within international markets, remarkable leadership style, and deep understanding of how to build strong brands make her an incredible asset to us. Since winning the global BRP business in January, our team has grown significantly, and Alyssa’s strong track record and business acumen complements this growth and our client’s ambition perfectly.

With over 22 years of experience within the marketing and advertising industry, Alyssa has led client business across a variety of categories, from retail to CPG, automotive and QSR, to name a few. 

I couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter, and to be back collaborating with my colleagues across the country, and our partners abroad. What brought me back was the people of course, but also the opportunity to help shape BRP’s brand vision across the globe.

In this newly created role, Alyssa will be tasked with leading marketing strategies across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America, with a specific focus on the North American market. She’ll also oversee the development and engagement of internal teams, as well as the deployment of a global workstream that maximizes efficiency and collaboration. 

This is Alyssa’s third return to Cossette; she previously held senior-level roles in Toronto and Chicago, finishing her last tenure as Chief of Staff for Vision7 International (now known as Plus Company). As Managing Director of Cossette’s Chicago office, Alyssa led the growth of the agency for over three years, earning AdAge’s Best Places to Work, and also leading McDonald’s Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana business. In addition to Cossette and other ad agency experience, Alyssa has led marketing on the client side at Pizza Pizza Limited, and most recently The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation.
