Quebec City, September 30, 2019 – To mark the launch of its new line of precut chicken, Exceldor has introduced a campaign created by Cossette that once again invites consumers to spot falsehoods, whether it’s seeing through lies or choosing real, delicious chicken.

With its precut chicken available in four popular varieties (diced, strips, fillets and medallions), Exceldor is aiming to make meal preparation easier for consumers by eliminating the need to handle the poultry and the associated risk of contamination. The chicken comes in convenient recyclable packaging that helps preserve its quality and freshness—two of the main advantages of Exceldor products.

With our busy lifestyles, we often have to prepare meals in a hurry. At Exceldor, we know that Quebecers nevertheless refuse to compromise on the quality of the products that end up on their dinner tables.

The playful campaign, which builds on Exceldor’s N’avalez pas n’importe quoi brand platform, can be seen on television and online. The digital advertising ecosystem redirects consumers to a landing page (in French only) that presents the new product and its benefits. Consumers can test their knowledge by answering a quiz for the chance to win $5,000.

Cossette also worked with bloggers Émilie Murmure, Le Coup de Grâce, Lucie Rose and Max Laffamé, each of whom was asked to create and test a recipe of their choice made with Exceldor precut chicken. Their recipes will be posted on their respective social networks as well as on Exceldor’s platforms this fall.

Exceldor precut chicken is available at IGA and Metro stores.
