Today, Cossette welcomes Jennifer Varvaresso as digital creative director. With more than 20 years of industry experience, she will enhance the agency’s digital creative expertise with a user-based approach. 

Jennifer has not only a deep understanding of creative communication, but also extensive digital know-how. By combining these two strengths, she strikes the perfect balance between the functional and experiential aspects of digital projects, propelling them to a new level.

Before joining Cossette, Jennifer worked at agencies like BBDO and lg2, but also gained insight into the client’s perspective during her time at Shopify, where she broadened her knowledge of UX, digital performance and universal accessibility. 

What drew me to Cossette was its creative community. In addition to collaborating with an array of extraordinary clients, my colleagues are true team players who share my vision— that creativity and technology don’t have to be mutually exclusive. Combining them allows us to craft a product that people will find genuinely useful.
