Who said getting services and maintenance at a dealership was expensive and inconvenient? Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac Certified Service dealers partnered with Cossette to shatter this false belief and boost awareness of the brand.
The campaign aims to strengthen the brand’s positioning and its values of expertise and transparency. A series of impactful short videos highlights the advantages of doing business with Certified Service, thereby establishing the brand as the perfect ally for all vehicle maintenance needs.
Making memorable 15-second videos is quite a challenge. When you want to convey a clear message, effectively integrate the retail offer and, ideally, make viewers smile, every second counts.

Our secret weapon is our Certified Service experts, who offer our clients quality service and excellent advice. Our goal for this campaign is to both raise awareness of our services among drivers and create a genuine connection with our clientele.

The campaign was rolled out throughout Quebec across a number of touchpoints, namely connected TV, online, signage, and digital. It will continue into 2025, with new, captivating content being released next year.
