Cossette recently made appointments to its Québec management team to put into place the leaders and expertise needed to strengthen its organizational culture and creativity. The agency has named Florence Girod as Head of Culture and Integrated Product, and welcomes Louis-Philippe Tremblay as Executive Creative Director, Québec.
A new role as Head of Culture and Integrated Product
Florence will take on this new role within the agency in which, in addition to her responsibilities associated with Cossette’s strategy and integrated product, she will be called upon to act as guardian of the organizational culture in Québec.
I’m obviously thrilled with this new mandate. Over the years, Cossette has built a strong organizational culture that unites us and allows us to stand out, by being both human and effective. We want to keep this culture alive and, above all, continue its evolution despite the current situation.
Florence Girod
Florence is the perfect choice to spearhead this new mandate. She is a visionary leader who combines a keen emotional intelligence and an excellent understanding of our various practices and expertises. Thanks to her integrated perspective, Florence has a remarkable ability to promote collaboration between people.
