Cossette Bolsters Atlantic Growth Strategy with Appointment of Josh Tucker as Vice President, Business Lead in Halifax
Strategic hire marks the next phase of Cossette’s growth strategy as the agency strengthens its leadership and presence across Atlantic Canada.
Cossette today announced the appointment of Josh Tucker as Vice President, Business Lead in Halifax, strengthening the agency’s commitment to accelerating its growth across Eastern Canada at a time of surging economic and creative ambition in the Atlantic market. In this role, Tucker will spearhead business strategy and growth, bringing Cossette’s national creative, digital, media and martech capabilities to clients across the four Atlantic provinces.
Working in close partnership with Creative Director, Bruce Whelan and Senior Director, Maude Drouin-Halou, Tucker will focus on deepening relationships with regional partners and bringing Cossette’s world-class creative expertise and AI-powered capabilities to brands and marketers across Atlantic Canada, helping them deliver bold, high-impact work. This strategic leadership team will also build on the Halifax office's strong foundation and deepen Cossette’s presence across the region.
Prior to this role, Josh spent five years at Ray Agency as Account Director and Business Development Lead, successfully leading the agency's expansion in the Atlantic region. Tucker’s background features high-profile work, bringing a diverse perspective spanning agency, corporate, non-profit, government, and tech sectors in Ottawa, Toronto, Halifax, and St. John’s. Recent projects include leading rebranding for clients like Assiniboine College, Cape d’Or Organic Salmon, Atlantic Fertility, and Atlantic Central Credit Unions (representing 42 independent credit unions across the region).
