Cossette wins gold at IPA Effectiveness Awards for its work with SickKids VS
SickKids Foundation was recognized at the 2022 IPA Effectiveness Awards, in the UK.
The Institute of Practitioners of Advertising (IPA) is the trade body and professional institute for agencies and individuals working in the UK’s advertising, media and marketing communications industry.
These awards are considered advertising and marketing’s most rigorous and coveted effectiveness awards worldwide. Its panel of judges is incredibly distinguished, stemming from high-end marketers and best-in-class advertisers.
We’re excited to announce that we were awarded a Gold at the IPA Effectiveness Awards for SickKids VS, and we also received a special prize for Best Demonstration of Purpose in the not-for-profit category.
This IPA effectiveness case study goes back to the origin story of SickKids VS and recounts the six-year journey of transformational growth that enabled the Foundation to create the largest fundraising campaign in Canadian healthcare history. SickKids VS acted as a powerful magnetic force to attract donors and generate unparalleled publicity and world-class talent.
And it’s also a story of deep collaboration between the SickKids brand and Cossette, where trust and strategic partnership allowed for meaningful creative breakthroughs.
SickKids VS changed not only the narrative surrounding childhood illness, but its future trajectory too—benefitting children’s lives worldwide.
