I start the day with an oat milk flat white. The coffee shop is right next door, so it has become a habit. I don’t even need to order anymore. They see me coming and it practically starts making itself. Then I stop by the bistro to take a quick look around, run into familiar faces, and chat for a bit. Usually about the latest cool thing we think we’re the only ones who’ve discovered.
Coffee in hand, I sit down at my desk and click “Join” on Google Meet. Usually with just a couple of minutes’ delay. The morning starts like that, between calls and work moving forward. We look for sharp insights, bounce ideas around, write briefs. We try to move things forward, little by little. Gradually, the ideas start to take shape and the day gets underway.

At noon, we head out to grab a bento. It feels good to step away from the screen and walk for a few minutes. On the way, we come across our latest campaign. Seeing it there, out in the real world, always hits a little differently. It reminds us why we get up in the morning. The campaigns look great. And yes, we make an impact.

Students from ESSEC come by the agency to visit. We give them a session on AI, talk about how it’s changing our industry, and how we use it in our day-to-day work. And for a moment, while reading a Bloomberg article about the topic, we feel kind of cool. 😎
