In celebration of the Milano Cortina Winter Games, we unveil a national campaign for Intact Insurance that marks a new chapter in the brand’s long-standing commitment to Canadian sport.

After more than 20 years supporting the speed skating community, Intact Insurance now steps forward as a national partner of Team Canada through a multi-year agreement with the Canadian Olympic Committee.

Running from February 2 to 22, 2026, this campaign rolls out across television, digital, out-of-home and key partnerships such as CBC/Radio-Canada, YouTube, Globe and Mail, La Presse and Pinterest. Through a series of formats, Intact Insurance reinforces its long-term commitment to Canadian sport by highlighting athletes supported by the brand, including speed skater William Dandjinou, women hockey player Ella Shelton, and snowboarder Laurie Blouin.

At the heart of the campaign is a visually ambitious TV spot, captured using an innovative combination of mobile camera systems to deliver a striking, never-before-seen perspective. The camera follows speed skaters at ice level before diving into the grooves etched in the surface — a powerful metaphor that traces the athlete’s journey, from their first strides to the Olympic stage.

Led by Cossette Montreal, in close collaboration with the Vancouver creative team, the campaign is the result of a convergence of complementary expertise. To bring this vision to life, Cossette partnered with internationally acclaimed Canadian talent, including director Andrew De Zen and cinematographer Oliver Millar.
