Building on the success of last fall’s campaign, Les Éleveurs de porcs du Québec and Cossette are bringing back “With Quebec Pork, You’re the Chef!”—a creative celebration of local culinary talent that invites Quebecers to cook with confidence and flair.
Quebec pork is easy to cook, full of flavour, and pairs beautifully with both local tastes and global inspirations. With this campaign, we want to show that creating a great meal with pork is something everyone can do.
Danielle Vaillant, Marketing Director at Les Éleveurs de porcs du Québec
At the heart of the concept is a simple but powerful idea: when you cook with Quebec pork, you unleash your inner star chef. This year, the spotlight is on Martin Ricard and Stéphane Neault—a humorous duo inspired by the charismatic styles of Martin Picard and Stefano Faita—who explore the full culinary potential of Quebec pork in the kitchen.
Last year’s success made a follow-up a no-brainer. There are so many local chefs to celebrate and so many ways to reimagine everyday meals.
Geneviève Duquette, Creative Director at Cossette
Running from October 20 to December 14, 2025, the campaign will roll out across Quebec through television, digital platforms, social media, and print—serving up inspiration and bringing pork back to the table.
