Montreal lacked a professional women’s soccer team until Roses FC emerged. To spark pride and interest, we created a bold identity steeped in history. The blue rose logo represents defying the impossible, blending strength and finesse, and rooting the brand in local heritage. A custom variable typeface, inspired by thorny stems and the iconic Farine Five Roses sign, shifts between elegance and grit. This living brand system fuses design with cultural depth to reshape the narrative of women’s soccer in this city.
